Vertical Four Point Sash Welder Model SMI-VSM-20/19CDS

The Stürtz Compact Welding Series includes our SMI-VSM-20/19CDS Vertical Four Point Sash Welder. The machine is designed to double stack weld sash profiles with or without offsets. Precision ball screws and rack and pinion arrangement ensure accurate and consistent sizing for the long term. As with all Stürtz welders, quick change fixtures allow for product changes with a minimum of machine downtime.

The standard PC interface on these machines provides easy to read status of the machine for the operator as well as quick and easy reference to diagnostic tools and manuals for the maintenance department. Every PC has the ability to be configured for online troubleshooting by our technicians from a remote location. This allows for real time viewing of the machine from our facility to speed the process of correcting problems and getting the machine back in production.
